    Dr. Harrison is a former professional bobsledder who benefits from his wife, Michelle, dragging him around in training.

    PhD in Sport Physiology and Performance, from hydration strategy & gut training to aerodynamics & running mechanics, he enjoys simplifying the complex.

    REGISTERED DIETITIAN & EXERCISE SCIENTIST
    — — Pro Triathlete — —

    Michelle is an All-American sprinter who turned to triathlon and cycling to satisfy her love of nature and fitness.

    Master’s degree in exercise physiology and board certified specialist in sport dietetics, Michelle loves to share the joy of endurance sports and good nutrition.

    IT ANALYST & SOFTWARE ENGINEER
    — — Volleyball Enthusiast — —

    Ben is a lifelong volleyball athlete and recently tweaked Saturday to fuel a long volleyball tournament.

    Master’s degree in information systems, graduating from one of Asia’s premier universities, now working as an engineer for Google, Ben longs to create something with big human impact. No surprise, since he’s intensely thoughtful, empathetic, extremely detail oriented, and caring.
